I never saw it coming, that you would leave me all alone,
My best friend, my best friend,
Why, why, couldn't you take me,
With you, high and high into the bright light,
And let the sun shine down on,
Where you left me behind,
To miss you for the rest of my life,
Until we meet again,
You opened me up so gently,
In a way I never knew I could be,
And because of you I am who I am today,
My best friend,
Why, why, couldn't you take me,
With you, high and high into the bright light,
And let the sun shine down on,
Where you left me behind,
To miss you for the rest of my life,
Until we meet again,
Why, why, couldn't you take me,
With you, high and high into the bright light,
And let the sun shine down on,
Where you left me behind,
To miss you for the rest of my life,
Until we meet again,
There's quite a strong Fleetwood Mac vibe running through this EP, especially on the song Tell Me Now, and The Ticking Tide as well. These two solo artists, both already creators of wonderful music in their own rights, work beautifully together. I'm hoping for more great songs from them in the future. Storm of Crows
Nostalgia brings a beautiful peace. Annika's songwriting is melancholic but comforting as with her singing, delicate and angelic. The Cello is heart melting and the vocal harmonies and guitar playing are enchanting. That's why I love this album. Angie Blue

I found a short preview on YouTube. There are so many different genres included in this work. Without being chaotic. It sounds very big and on the other hand comes very softly. That’s what music can do. I expect a masterpiece! splurge-studio
